This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through DAIDALION Limited, trading as Caia Resort, located in Cyprus. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Cyprus, the European Union, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@caiaresort.com to enquire about custom shipping options.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the weight or dimensions of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
